Got to the beach around 1ish, and was gutted to discover about 8 knots. However!! Within 20 mins, it was building so I rigged the 17 meter strike, Got on the water, and within 10 mins it had built to about 14 knots, another 20 mins and it was a solid 18 knots and really clean.

had a really well powered session on the 17,( quite often massively over powered), with the lagoon the best Ive ever seen it. From end to end, at least 2 km long!!!!! Had some sweet 1 foots, double back loops and started inverting back loops, which was fun, but due to various bad landings in 8 inches of water, left me with a sore knee, yet again.

Just to top it off, a Photographer from a local newspaper came to take photos with a 400 mm lens.

Oh, and when I hacked up wind to the bar, the surf was shoulder high, sucky and clean as!!

Eventually had to emergency land my kite when the gusts started hitting 20 knots.

What more can u ask for? The same again tommorow please!!
